For regular E’stel drinkers, we recommend drinking 5-12 glasses (1-2 litres) of our pristine natural alkaline water daily to glean optimal hydration and health benefits.  
For people who haven’t drunk E’stel natural alkaline water before, we suggest a transitional period of swapping out regular water for E’stel natural alkaline water over several days.  This is to avoid any adverse effects which in some can include headaches and minor aches and pains as the alkaline water helps to flush toxins from your body.

Do you need to keep it in the fridge?

We think that our Juice range is amazing when chilled!
 
But our juice has a long ambient shelf life meaning if you purchase it and are not ready to use it or have limited fridge space you can leave it in a cool place like a pantry untill your ready to use it right up to the best before date shown on the bottle
 
Once opened we recommend you keep in a chilled location and consume witjin 3-5 days from opening.
